    Ordering

    The products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart using the online payment service.     Delivery methods and costs

    Shipping costs include postage and packaging fees. We provide an estimate of future shipping costs in the shopping cart based on the primary delivery method. You can see the exact shipping costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods for your order. The available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the most suitable option from the available delivery methods, and the exact shipping cost will be presented along with it.
    We deliver products based on the address details provided by the customer. If the address details are incorrect and the shipment is returned for this reason, it will be processed as an uncollected delivery.

    Delivery time

    Our usual delivery times vary depending on the order and the chosen delivery method. Exceptions to the estimated delivery times are indicated if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock items, and we will also inform you immediately after ordering of any possible delays.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays. The online store will provide information on its website about any exceptional delivery times.

    Guaranty

    If a product includes a warranty provided by the manufacturer or importer, it is typically valid for 12 months and covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover consumable parts (such as nozzles, heating elements, or LCD displays) or normal wear and tear. Consumable products, such as filaments and resins, are generally not covered by warranty.

    Warranty claims are handled according to the warranty policies of the manufacturer or importer. We do not offer a separate voluntary seller’s warranty.

    Return conditions

    Right of withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which the last batch of goods has been received, or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order was received.

    The product to be returned must be faultless and in resalable condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and all items and user manuals related to the product must be included and in good condition. Any free gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.

    Please note that the right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Companies/organizations do not have a right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

    In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

    To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

    Effects of withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
    In connection with the cancellation of the contract, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs arising from the return of the goods. Please also note that there is no right of withdrawal for service products, digital content or customized products. The right of return only applies to consumers, companies / entities do not have the right of return unless otherwise agreed.

    You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

    You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

    Undelivered Package
    Failure to claim is not the same as a return or cancellation. For an undelivered package for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
    If the package is left unclaimed but a cancellation notice has been submitted, we will charge the return shipping costs.

    Problem Situations
    If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise meet your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address specified in the Cancellation Right and Return Terms section or by calling the phone number provided in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the chosen delivery method's carrier.

    If a customer makes a warranty claim and returns a product for inspection or service, but the product is found to be free of defects and not covered by warranty terms, we reserve the right to charge the customer for reasonable handling and shipping costs in both directions.

    The Seller’s liability is primarily limited to repairing the defective product, delivering a replacement product, or refunding the purchase price of the product.

    The Seller shall not be liable for any costs other than the purchase price of the defective product. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, installation work, dismantling or reinstallation work, loss of profit, delays, or any other similar costs.

    We recommend contacting our customer service before returning any product, so that potential issues can be resolved as efficiently as possible.

    If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
