Delivery methods and costs

Guaranty

The products come with a 12-month warranty, excluding resins and filaments. The warranty does not cover, for example, wear and tear of the printer casing or normal wear and tear of parts such as nozzles, heating elements, LCD screens, etc.

Return conditions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
In connection with the cancellation of the contract, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs arising from the return of the goods. Please also note that there is no right of withdrawal for service products, digital content or customized products. The right of return only applies to consumers, companies / entities do not have the right of return unless otherwise agreed.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Undelivered Package
Failure to claim is not the same as a return or cancellation. For an undelivered package for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
Problem Situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise meet your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address specified in the Cancellation Right and Return Terms section or by calling the phone number provided in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the chosen delivery method's carrier.

If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact consumer advice.
